Great stay with tasty food
We had an amazing time! The room was huge and super clean, and they even stocked it with goodies. Breakfast had loads of choices and the staff were so nice. We dined at the restaurant, and the meals were delicious and beautifully presented. One little thing, though, it got a bit noisy at night with the bar crowd.

We had a lovely family stay with three kids! The highlight was visiting Malham Cove, where the views were just spectacular. The staff made us feel right at home, and the food was delicious—especially the full Yorkshire breakfast! Perfect base for exploring.
In my wife’s opinion, it would be great to have some family-friendly entertainment options in the rooms for the kids, like movie streaming services.

Warm, welcoming atmosphere with incredibly attentive staff made this stay memorable. The food, particularly the delicious Yorkshire breakfast and smoked salmon bagels, stood out during our visit. the room, while charming, had minor drawbacks, such as noise from the hallways and the décor showing signs of wear. The absence of a lift could make it challenging for those with mobility issues.

We had an amazing time at this charming inn with my friends! It was the perfect base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales, especially the spectacular views from Malham Cove and the fascinating longest show cave in Britain. The rooms were comfortable, and the dining experience was excellent. Highly recommend the meals here!
The only downside was the absence of a bath in our room's en suite, which would have been nice after our long walks.

missingWrote a review on 04 Marcomfortable bedsvariety buffetcozy roomsnoisy environment
This traditional stone inn features cozy rooms with comfortable beds that make for a decent night's sleep. A highlight is the breakfast buffet, offering a good variety, and the pub food served downstairs fits the post-walk hunger just perfectly.
Unfortunately, some rooms can get quite warm without air conditioning, making it necessary to open windows, which can lead to noise from the beer garden and passing traffic. On top of that, my room wasn't adequately insulated for the cold night, which made for a less-than-ideal sleep. the duvet was quite light, leaving me wanting more warmth. I also noticed a lack of convenient charging spots near the bed and some worn-out towels that could use a refresh.

The breakfast was a treat with plenty of options, and I couldn’t resist the homemade fudge left in our Classic Double Room! Plus, the pub food served downstairs hit the spot after a day of exploring Settle.
Our room was above the kitchen, and the extractor fan kicked in at the crack of dawn, a bit annoying but the manager promised improvements. Still, it didn’t overshadow our fond time in Settle!
